The forms I had to fill out were easy and took little to no time. They were very informative and made sure I was comfortable before starting. Honestly everything went so smooth and the laser procedure went great. I got my underarms lasered and I was scared because the skin under there is sensitive, but it honestly didn’t hurt at all!
