Our Policies

Welcome to Shira Laser Aesthetics. We look forward to providing you with the best care in a timely manner. We have created an intimate, warm, and relaxing environment: your sanctuary from the busy and stressful outside world. Please know that our Spa policies are to ensure that each and everyone of our guests will enjoy their experience here at Shira Laser.

We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Towards that end, our Shira Laser experts offer complimentary consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, both client and Skin Health Expert will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client.
Spa services are available by appointment only. Please Book online or call us at 718-222-1600. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services, including any Free Consultation services. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment for Microblading. This amount will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.  
Check-in with front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If your arrival is delayed we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be charged $50.
Your Appointment Is Reserved Exclusively For You. Should You Need To Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment, Please Notify Us 24 - 48 Hours In Advance To Avoid Any Fees. APPOINTMENTS UNDER 1 HOUR Cancellation Within 24 Hours Or No Show Will Result In A $50.00 Fee. APPOINTMENTS OVER 1 HOUR Cancellation Within 48 Hours Or No Show Will Result In A $100.00 Fee. Thank You For Your Understanding & Cooperation
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer or promotions.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. All tips are much appreciated and go directly to your Specialist.
Shira Laser accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment by check is not accepted. We also have custom Payment Plan, available for several of our series of treatments.
Services and packages are non refundable. If a client wishes to discontinue a package they can switch it to another treatment of equal or lesser value. All Product sales and gift cards are final. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed.
We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform any treatments on women who are pregnant.
