The reservation of an appointment indicates that we have reserved the service time for you and therefore had to decline other costumer business.
We understand that situations arise for which you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, as a courtesy to our staff as well as other clients, we request a 24 HOURS CANCELATION notice.
If it is canceled less than 24 hours or if you do not show for your appointment you may be subject to a $50 fee for each 30 minutes increment of your schedule appointment
Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
